While the service is invite only, the company is extending special access to our readers if you’d like to give it a go. It’s clean, crispy and very easy on the eyes. The design is my second favorite thing about the client. ![]() That’s a nice handy feature to get off some of those mass SPAM email lists without too much effort. The single best feature of Polymail, that I found useful, was the one click unsubscribe button. So using the service isn’t a lost cause, it’s just not going to work for my needs at the moment. A company spokesperson informed me that IMAP should be coming along but declined to give a time frame when that would happen. While this is an issue for me I will be fair and say this is currently invite only and the company is working on incorporating more services. IMAP/POP3 and other mail services are not supported. Polymail is currently only supporting Gmail and iCloud services. It’s a bit of a novelty but COULD save time. With all the great features and stunning design of Polymail I’m unable to use it for the time being. Calendar integration makes it easy to schedule meetings over email. Schedule emails to automatically be sent later - whenever you want. ![]() Snooze emails to be read later, when you need them. Unlimited email tracking - know exactly when and by whom your messages are read. I can see myself customizing a few “Can’t wait - see you there!” or “Thank you so much, much appreciated!” which I’d actually use. Polymail is the modern email client, redesigned. There’s a wonky-fun “Quick Reply” feature that’s customizable. I would finally be able to shut down the Calendar app and just work from here! Spark has a built-in calendar on its sidebar, meaning you can create invites and view your calendar straight from the App! This is HUGE for someone like me who doesn’t enjoy juggling multiple apps. This alone makes this a contender for me as well. If you get a lot of notifications from places like Dropbox, Asana, and Paymo that crowd your inbox, easily set those emails to funnel to their own folder. Here are some crazy awesome things about Spark: This means all my clients that need to be front-and-center are always top of mind! Your pinned emails stay stickied at the top, and for me, that’s excellent. Aside from being completely FREE, the biggest feature here is in how the inbox is sorted. What a contender! If you know me, you know I’m a BIG email person…in the sense that I’m not. They were around in 2019, then got shut down, then reopened, and they have just announced they are shutting down again.
